STARDOM is beckoning for a talented 11-year-old Blackpool girl.
Jenny Leigh Matthews has been chosen from 50 finalists in a nationwide competition to star in a television advertisement for Nestle All Stars.
Now, she and five other of the UK's most talented youngsters, will fulfil their dream and appear on TV screens across the country advertising Nestle All Stars, a boxed sweet assortment for kids.
And the TV ad may just be the start of a glittering career. While filming for the ad, an American film producer spotted Jenny and has auditioned her to play the part of the tooth fairy in a film called 'Tooth'.
The All Stars search, fronted by TV presenter Kate Thornton, began in June. The ad features the hit track from S Club 7, Don't Stop Movin', with the six winning kids transformed into band lookalikes on screen.
Jenny is the daughter of proud parents Derek and Maureen, of Castlerigg Place, Mereside.
Derek said: "We spent an all-expenses paid week in London while the ad was filmed with a professional backing group and dancers.
"Now we're waiting to hear whether she has got the part in Tooth too, so it's a pretty exciting time."
Jenny, a former pupil at Revoe Junior School, starts at Collegiate High School in September.
