CLITHEROE town centre pub the Dog Music and Sports Bar has been put on the market.
The sale of the leasehold is being handled by commercial property specialists Kings Business Transfer.
Landlords Peter and Mary Hodgkinson say they want to concentrate efforts on their other establishment the Brown Cow, Chatburn.
"We've been running the Dog for almost ten years and have really enjoyed it but no we want to focus on the Brown Cow" said Mary.
"The Dog is part of the night-time 'circuit' in Clitheroe and is a very busy town centre pub."
Gerry Murphy, partner with Kings Business Transfer, said: "The Dog is a very desirable pub because it is such a well known town centre landmark and that will make it very attractive for potential buyers.
"We expect there will be plenty of interest."
The Dog is a popular venue with its stage for artists and DJ's and features a state of the art sound and lighting system.
The property includes spacious and comfortable three bedroomed accommodation at first floor level.
