REGARDING the council's decision to shut Ian Finch's cafe in King William Street, Blackburn, surely, this franchise is more presentable than the "fairground" candy floss/burger bar in the same location.
Which is more presentable, I wonder? It seems that the people of Blackburn see his coffee shop in a favourable light. And there is a coffee shop around the corner so what is the difference?
It seems the big boys have more clout than a working lad trying to make a future for himself.
