BELLY dancer Anne Kingston is planning a Middle East adventure to raise cash for charity.
The dance instructor, from Longridge, will trek across the Sinai Desert in Egypt to raise money for Scope, the charity for people with cerebral palsy.
And to make sure she is up to the challenge, Anne is working out in a local gym as well as teaching five dance classes per week.
"I am taking this challenge very seriously as I don't want to let my sponsors down," said Anne who will cover 75km across the desert before reaching the shores of the Red Sea.
Anne has pledged to raise £2,500 for the charity and will donate any future fees for her exotic dancing to the cause.
Anyone who would like to sponsor Anne or book her to appear at a function can contact her on 01772 783048.
