AUDIENCES should prepare to be enchanted when Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sunset Boulevard shows at Manchester's Palace Theatre.
The west end hit musical, based on the Oscar winning film, tells the story of Norma Desmond (Faith Brown), a once great silent movie star, now half-forgotten in glamorous 1950s Hollywood. She becomes infatuated with Joe Gillis, the man enlisted to write her comeback, which leads to inevitable and dramatic consequences.
