MONEY raised by Leigh Round Table has been distributed between 16 local charities and community groups.
Substantial donations were made to groups including Leigh Society for the Blind, The Daniel Berry Fund, Twelve Apostles and Kingsleigh girl guide groups, Leigh RMI Juniors FC and Leigh, Golborne and Ashton Mencap.
The money was raised throughout the year by Leigh Round Table, who hold fortnightly meetings at local venues. Everyone is welcome to take part in the social and fund-raising activities, anyone interested should contact Neil Parkinson on 07867 546472
