THE Cats' Protection League was too late to save the life of a black and white kitten callously dumped on Atherton tip and left to die.
The heartless scum, responsible for the loss of an innocent animal's life, wrapped a piece of string round the nine week old's neck and left it tied to a brick. How can anyone sink so low?
Hopeful rescuers rushed it for veterinary treatment but sadly it was too late. I, and I'm sure members of the league, would love to give the same treatment to the appalling person responsible for this evil action.
