I WROTE to you a little while ago praising Groundwork Trust for landscaping a derelict area at the top of Park Lee Road in Blackburn. They did an excellent job!
I am sad to say itthis area is now turning to its old state. Surely, the council could just cut the grassed areas and keep it shipshape after all the effort that was put into transforming itthis area?
