IT promises to be the ultimate gig for any fans of The Fall when the band plays King George's Hall, Blackburn, on Tuesday, September 22.
For it has just been announced that the gig will be filmed for a Fall documentary/DVD to be released early next year.
As a result the set-list will consist of classic Fall songs from the past 25 years.
Ed Blaney, the band's manager, said: "As this is the only show in the North West, any Fall fans wishing to be a part of this event should attend as this is a one-off purely for the making of the DVD."
The filmmakers will also be looking to interview Fall fans of all ages at the gig, so you could ensure your own little piece of musical history.
The Fall, with controversial lead singer Mark E Smith, have widely been recognised as one of the most influential bands of recent years and their fans include Radio DJ John Peel.
Tickets for the show, which sees Filo Radio and The Invisibles support, cost £14 and are available from the box office at King george's Hall on 01264 582582.
