WALKING along King William Street in Blackburn one Monday afternoon (September 2), I heard the sound of music. ItFacing Marks and Spencer's store was a little wind band of students from St Petersburg, Russia. It was a pleasure to listen to the fine selection of tunes they played -- a nice tonic on a sunny afternoon!
