THE Annual Bottom's Up Challenge Walk starts at Hoghton Village Hall, on Saturday October 12.
Organised by the West Lancashire Group of the Long Distance Walkers Association, it has two routes -- the 23 mile walk that starts at 8.30am and the 13 mile route, starting at 9.30am.
Entry fee is £5.50 for the 23 mile and £4 for the 13 mile. For further details send a 9ins by 4ins stamped addressed envelope to Graham Preston, of 26 The Close, New Longton, Preston, PR4 4YP.
