THE annual Bottom's Up Challenge Walk will be held on Saturday, October 12, starting from Hoghton Village Hall.
Walkers on the 23-mile route start at 8.30 am and walkers on the 13-mile route, plus runners on the 23-miler, start at 9.30am.
The event covers historic Hoghton Tower, Samlesbury and Hoghton Bottoms, Tockholes, Ryal and Ollerton Folds, and Winter Hill.
All participants will receive a badge and certificate.
Entry fee is £5.50 for the 23 miles route, and £4 for the 13 miles, which includes refreshments at checkpoints and at the finish.
