Atherton rivals Colls and Laburnum Rovers both face tough opposition in the last eight as both aim to become the first side ever to win the prestigious local event twice.
Both clubs will also play host to two quarter-finals each.
Highly fancied Charnock Richard kick off proceedings on Wednesday night when they take on Elton Vale at Crilly Park, with LR themselves making the short journey over to Colls to take on neighbours Daisy Hill on Thursday.
The match between Prestwich and Tempest United takes place at the same venue on Wednesday week (25 September), with a date for the final quarter between Ashton Town and Atherton Colls yet to be confirmed.
All matches are 7:30pm kick-offs.
