A MAN found guilty of a street shooting in New York has had his sentencing postponed.
Manzoor Qadar, 39, of Holland Street, Blackburn, was due to be sentenced today but the Federal Court in Brooklyn has delayed the sentencing for a further three weeks.
He was found guilty of murder-for-hire, conspiring to murder-for-hire and using a firearm for murder-for-hire in April and faces life imprisonment. He and his family still protest his innocence.
