IT'S good to see the Lancashire Evening Telegraph keeping the case of Ian Finch in the public eye -- an enterprising man has the foresight to create a smart cafe/deli on King William Street in Blackburn "powers that be" slap him down!
How long had the premises been closed? Are we going to be subjected to yet another card shop, mobile phone outlet or even another Christmas decoration shop for two or three weeks, like last year?
Come on, councillors, get off your high horse, the air must be too rare up there because you seem to have lost the ability to apply common sense.
