HAS anyone given any thought to what happens if there is a serious fire or accident on Railway Road in Blackburn as the way the stupid one-way system works, the emergency services will not get through?
It will become gridlocked with "normal" traffic, there is nowhere for traffic to pull to one side as buses are parked at the stops on Railway Road.
