GOING into Puccino's cafe bar in King William Street, I was aware of something different that Blackburn has to offer.
The effort franchisee Ian Finch has put into the business of catering for the varied requirements of the people of Blackburn has to be applauded.
For a taste of "city status", a visit to "Puccino's" must be recommended. Does it matter, where it is situated?
