REGARDING Puccino's, which is the nicest coffee bar in Blackburn, has very pleasant staff and is also very busy, has the council a plan to keep so many shops on each street empty because it seems that way?
The town is dying so why not fill the empty shops with anything if it is what people want?
It is three years since I have been in that part of town, but I have been in that area four times since Puccino's opened.
