HANGING, National Service, caning and the birch should be brought back as punishment does not fit the crime these days.
It has got to the stage when you cannot relax in your own home or walk the streets without getting bullied or attacked.
I think that crime has got too bad for the police to cope with. It is being proved that no discipline only brings sin.
