TV star Will Travis will be guest of honour at Saturday's fun day at Lowton High School.
Travis, star of 'Where The Heart Is', will join the Journal's Sven Goran Eriksson lookalike Colin Lyne for the event which starts at 11am and runs until 3pm.
The school is also organising a sportsman's dinner at Leigh RU Club on November 29. Guest speaker will be BBC RL commentator and author, and former star forward Ray French.
'Sven' Lyne will also be speaking, relating a year in the life of a lookalike.
Tickets for the event cost £20 and can be ordered from the school office on 01942-767040.
