A HEALTH event will prove age is no barrier to keeping fit.
On the agenda during the Promoting Health in Later Life programme will be fitness demonstrations and an opportunity to try alternative therapies.
The event at Radcliffe Civic Suite, on Friday next week (Sept 27) between 10.30am and 3.30am, is aimed at promoting and encouraging independent living in later life.
There will also be a free minibus service:

Pick up two: 11.15am. Spring Lane, Radcliffe (Metrolink car park).
Pick up three: 12 noon. Redbank Health Centre, Radcliffe.
Pick up four: 1pm. Coronation Road, Radcliffe, (corner, Westminster Avenue).
The minibus will drop people off approximately two hours later. For further information contact Sue Clayton at Age Concern on 763 9030.
