BURY'S Village Hotel will host the latest in a series of events aimed at helping businesses develop their use of the Internet and related technologies.
Business Link North Manchester is staging the Customer Relations Management (CRM) presentation next Thursday (Sept 26) between 8am and 10am. Guests can enjoy a "byte" of breakfast on arrival.
The event will concentrate on how companies can develop a customer relationship management strategy. It will be hosted by Jan Klin of Jan Klin Associates. Jan has spent many years developing, consulting and lecturing on website development and Internet marketing issues.
The event will cover: Implementing CRM in a business environment, how to capture customer information effectively, how to store customer information efficiently, using customer information as part of a targeted marketing campaign, location based marketing service and other topics.
Further, similar events, costing £10 plus VAT, are to be held throughout the year across the region.
