Hazel's eyeing a home
PRETTY Hazel is a dark. tortoiseshell cat who would love to spend winter evenings curled up by a family's fireside. Currently, the five-year-old, who has been spayed, is at the RSPCA animal home in Altham, but wants a home with no other animals or small children. Contact the RSPCA on 01254 231118 if you can help.
Life is looking up for Major, another RSPCA resident, after newspaper and television appeals. The dog, returned to the kennels for being too loving, now has a prospective owner. And following last week's Animal Aid appeal, several rabbits have been rehomed.
