FM 106 The Burn blasted back onto the airwaves today for its third month-long broadcast.
Bosses at the station, which is backed by the Lancashire Evening Telegraph, are hoping to build on past successes with a mix of music, local and national news, sport and travel.

Research showed more than 47,500 people tuned in to the last broadcast -- more than double the listeners for the first -- as the station bids for a permanent licence.
Some familiar voices are returning, including local presenters Paul Booth, Martyn Wyatt and Heather O'Neill, experienced broadcaster Pat Gibson and the popular Sally Moon.
Lisa Gillibrand, of Darwen, who has just completed post-graduate studies at the University of Central Lancashire, is the news editor.
The Friday Sports with Keith Macklin and Andy Neild has been extended because it proved so popular last time.
The station will be on air until Friday October 18.
