A COLLEGE lecturer is to claim constructive dismissal against his former employers at an industrial tribunal this week.
Mr Andrew Todd (52) from Ramsbottom will claim he was forced to take early retirement amid allegations of management bullying at Bolton Sixth Form College.
The two-day hearing is due to begin on Thursday (Sept 26).
The father-of-two, who lives in Bolton Street, has 27 years' teaching experience.
Bolton Sixth Form College was established following the merger between the town's north and south sixth form colleges in 1998. It has 1,200 students and more than 100 staff.
