POLICE have issued descriptions of two men who broke into a house in St Alban's Road, Rishton, and stole property, before being challenged by a neighbour and making their getaway in a car.
The thieves had forced a secure gate at the back of the property around 9am on September 17.
They ran off when challenged by a neighbour and were seen speeding away in a black egistered Ford Escort car.
One of the men is described as dark-skinned, aged about 18 to 20, around 5ft 11in, of medium build, with short, dark hair. He was wearing a dark-coloured top, with a small logo on the left breast, and was clean-shaven.
The second is white, also about 5ft 11in, aged between 18 and 25, with short, dark, tidy hair and dark clothing. He wore white Reebok trainers, with a blue stripe. If you can help, call Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.
