AROUND 35 workers had to be evacuated after a fire broke out at Ainsworth Finishing Company.
The blaze started at the Bury Road premises at 2.50am last Friday (Sept 20) when cotton dust is believed to have ignited in an industrial drying machine.
Firefighters spent two hours at the scene damping down flames and ensuring no embers could be rekindled.
