'WHO do you think you are kidding Mr Metcalfe?'
You don't want zero-tolerance because you feel safe and you don't feel the rest of us in Morecambe should be entitled to any form of peace!
Why don't you do yourself a favour and buy yourself a nice little house on Poulton Rd and put 'your' life savings into it.

She is also a victim of the unruly children and adults.
We are all looking forward to putting Robocop Mellon's views into practice!
