TO PROMOTE their murder mystery theatre show, Mojo, the Dukes has teamed up with six popular bars in Lancaster to give theatregoers the opportunity to win free tickets by spotting chalked up bodies in town!
Mojo is a thriller with gangsters at the centre of the wrong doings and the Dukes are keen to attract as many people as possible to come and see it, and to also catch the attention of those who would never normally consider going to the theatre for a night out.
The six bars will be promoting the show with information about the play, half-price ticket vouchers and drinks promotions on offer to their customers.
Bars taking part are The Yorkshire House, Reds, Walkabout, the Merchants, the Crypt and the Eddy.
To qualify for free tickets you just have to be among the first to report the whereabouts of the chalked up body to the Dukes' Box Office.
For the next 3 weeks The Citizen will be printing clues as to which bar the body maybe found close to or inside of.
This week you will find the 'bodies' at a cavernous Lancaster pub and a smart bar on Church Street where Warren Beatty would feel very much at home.
It's too easy! Keep a look out and be a part of the murder mystery next week too!
