MARKS and Spencer has organised a three-day entertainment extravaganza to celebrate the £400,000 refurbishment of its Blackburn store.
The new look emporium will be unveiled to shoppers on Thursday and the opening will also mark a non-stop programme of events including a jazz band, flower demonstrations, food and wine tasting, town crier and balloon modelling. The centrepiece of the new store is a 40-seater coffee shop on the first floor.
