THE organiser of a reunion for former members of a Nelson school wants their old classmates to get in touch.
The get-together for Nelson Grammar School pupils of the 1950s is being organised by the Reverend David Wiseman.
Since leaving school, the Rev Wiseman has been minister in charge of the Bamford Chapel United Reform Church in Rochdale.
According to the Rev Wiseman the "Fifties Reunion" is set to be the biggest-ever Nelson Grammar School reunion.
He said: "Former pupils are travelling from Canada, Jersey, Scotland and London. So if you were there at the time, wearing short pants or a gym slip, I will be glad to hear from you."
The date for the reunion is Saturday, November 9, and further details can be obtained by contacting the Rev Wiseman on 01706 36922.
