BURY drew 2-2 at Wrexham in what was a hugely entertaining game.
The home side took the lead through a magnificent strike from the league's leading scorer Andy Morrell, who netted from 25 yards, and Morrell himself doubled the advanatage only minutes later from the penalty spot after Mickey Nelson had fouled Hector Sam.
The Shakers kept on playing flowing football and it was no surprise that they pulled a goal back through Jon Newby after some splendid play from Pavell Abbott and Newby deservedly bagged an equaliser for Bury in the second half.
Both sides could have won a thrilling match and brilliant saves from both keepers to deny both Morrell and Newby their hat-tricks in the final minutes kept the crowd on the edges of their seats until the final whistle.
Wrexham had Carlos Edwards sent off for violent conduct.
