I ONCE worked at a newspaper where a member of staff was called to the MD's office one day.

As the boss talked to the journalist he slowly started taking off all his clothes. The reporter was mortified.

Luckily it was entirely innocent as the MD was running late for a squash match and decided to do a quick change at work.

It's moments like this that make up daily life in any office. And that's why BBC2's The Office is so brilliant.

Especially some of the cheesier lines like last night's: "Basically I'm a chilled out entertainer".
