I AM disappointed with the lack of places for young children to go and hang out.
The other day I saw kids of four and five playing outside and running into the road -- and one nearly got run over.
People would probably blame the parents, but if there's nowhere for them to go, then there's a possibility they're either going to end up dead or grow up as thugs.
Surely, there must be somewhere safe for children to play so parents don't have to worry as much.
