I have just come back from London, literally sitting on my bum being driven around as people "spotted" me! Great excitement though, as the offices next door to the Haymarket theatre were on fire.
Not that I wanted the theatre to be on fire but it brought London to a standstill as the fire people brought loads of fighters and blocked the roads off.
I might add that when I first started this "game" I went down to the Big Breakfast on 29 March 2001 and there was a tube strike. This time, although I have of course been to London many times in between ... there was another tube strike.
It should have ended at 8pm on the Wednesday night but didn't, and then, blow me the fire! When I had finished my Sven job, who did I see across Leicester Square (I had been at Capital Radio) but Richard Branson in (wait for it) a flaming red marathon running kit being photographed by the press just at the back of Haymarket where the fire had been.
I'm sure somebody is winding me up.
