A SERIES of world mental health day events will help raise awareness of support and services available in Blackburn with Darwen.
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Social Services has teamed up with other departments to put on the activities.
A keep fit session with refreshments and information will take place at Darwen Leisure Centre to launch events on Tuesday, between 2pm and 4pm.
Staff from the Darwen-based mental health team will available to answer questions.
There will be alternative relaxation therapies, including aromatherapy, reflexology and Indian head massage, on offer at Mount Pleasant Resource Centre between 11am and 4pm.
This is an Open Day for service users, carers and organisations. Lunch is provided.
