THE world of international espionage came to life during a charity night which was definitely shaken and not stirred.
The James Bond 007-themed fund raiser at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel, Clayton-le-Moors, was organised by Leo Flood of Blackburn's Leo's Carpets.
Vodka martinis were the order of the evening as guests dressed as their favourite characters from the 007 films, written by Ian Fleming.
There was even a Sean Connery lookalike with his very own Bond girls to lead the way.
The evening was organised in aid of Derian House and Francis House children's hospices.
