RADCLIFFE Swimming Club chairman Sabina Carr won six events at the North Eastern Counties Masters swimming championships in Scarborough.
She set new championship best times in the 50 metres and 100 metres butterfly for her age group as well as winning the 200 metres butterfly, 100 metres and 200 metres freestyle.
To add to the six individual gold medals, she won three gold and one silver as a member of the York City Baths club relay teams.
Mrs Carr was a swimmer in York as a teenager and was invited to become a member of the Masters squad as she frequently competes in Masters competitions in Yorkshire, the county of her birth.
She is looking forward to competing in the National Masters championships at the Pond's Forge pool in Sheffield in November where she will join her daughter Suzy in the Teddington Masters squad.
