PUTTING a roof over their heads by doing the same for others.
That's Bury-based Eiger Conservatory Roof Systems which has enjoyed considerable growth in its first 12 months of trading.
The company, now in the process of transferring to larger premises, attributes part of its success to the time taken to find a high quality roof system that is easy to install.
With considerable experience as fitters, owners Toby Partington and John Crocken looked to extrusion specialist Premier Profiles for a roof system that offered both quality and durability.
Toby commented: "Premier's conservatory roof is ideal as it combines product quality with pleasing aesthetics and is extremely fitter friendly.
"However, if any problems were encountered by fitters new to the system, our supply and fit service means that they can be solved either immediately over the phone or on the site itself." Eiger prides itself on maintaining good relationships with its customers and systems supplier.
John added: "Our relationship with Premier has been crucial to our success. They have always been accessible and quick to response to technical queries which means we are able to offer a good turnaround to our customers."
Through developing strong links such as these, the company's success looks set to continue. And with its new premises at a unit in Key Street, Bury, Eiger will be able to meet increasing demand and go from strength to strength.
