SHOP owner Usman Rehman is computer illiterate -- but knows the ABF holds the key to help and advice.
"When I want information and to find out certain things that are available on screen, I know I only have to contact the federation and they will give me all the help I need," said the Blackburn businessman.
"I have a fairly new business and the ABF have been very helpful and supportive in getting it off the ground and pointing me in the right direction."
Usman runs Catalonia, in Whalley New Road, a store which first opened about a year ago, selling ex-catalogue goods.
But he has now changed direction and wants to concentrate on four separate sections within his shop, selling DIY goods, kitchenware, fancy goods and seasonal toys.
Said Usman: "I have been a member of the ABF since starting up and found them helpful. If I need advise they will come round and help, as well as source suppliers and finance.
"And the good thing is that advisers call regularly to maintain close ties, I would and do advise other people to join the ABF."
