THE Lancashire Sinfonietta is performing in Preston on Friday, October 25.
Local musician Sarah Brandwood Spencer will be joining the group as they play pieces by Rossini, Elgar, Vieuxtemps, Arvo Part and Schoenberg.

The group play at the Grasshoppers Rugby Club, Lightfoot Lane, Preston, on Sunday, October 27, from 8pm.

JAZZ legend Snake Davies is returning to the area for a performance this month.
Snake, who supplied his unique saxophone sound on M People's hits Moving on Up and Search for a Hero, as well as Take That's hit A Million Love Songs, is stopping off at the Worden Arts Centre, Leyland, on Saturday, October 26.
