BLACKPOOL RANGERS U10s 3 FOXHALL 0
RANGERS pressed from the start creating several good chances and keeping the Foxhall keeper busy. The first goal came from a Nick Shaw goal-bound strike which was deflected past the stranded Foxhall keeper. Tom Barkhuizen made it two before half-time latching on to a clever through ball from Jordan Tenby. In the second half Foxhall pressed hard but a breakaway goal from Barkhuizen who took the ball from inside the Rangers half and past two defenders before burying it in the back of the net secured all three points for Rangers. A good all-round team performance for Rangers.
RANGERS U10s 1 FOXHALL 0
THIS was a hard game with both teams battling well although neither side were able to score before half-time. In the second half Jack Mikolajczak kept the Foxhall defenders busy and his tenacity led to a goal mouth scramble with Patrick Hoey eventually finding the net. Chances at either end afterwards were squandered as both teams continued to work hard but were unable to produce any further goals. Another good all-round performance from a hard-working Rangers team.
RANGERS U17s 7 CLIFTON RANGERS 0
AN all-round good performance from every area of the team. Nathan Bowen Price was man of the match for Rangers and there was also an outstanding penalty save by Rangers' keeper Hassan Ben Halim.
BJFF U12s 5 SOUTH SHORE 5
THIS was a very eventful match. South Shore took the lead when one of their players lobbed the ball over BJ's keeper. BJFF's Holmes soon equalised from a corner and then BJFF went ahead with a goal from Scobie. The equaliser came just before half-time. In the second half the game turned when BJFF went down to ten men which South Shore capitalised on, scoring three times to give them a 5-2 lead. BJFF's ten menbattled back with two goals from Openshaw and then Harper.
