ON BEHALF of all jazz fans I would like to thank Mr Brian Gumbley for a very rewarding week of jazz last week in Preston.
His 'Feast of Jazz' festival was a treat for all of us thanks to his and his family's efforts, without any help from our borough council which withdrew its support at the last minute.
This is another example of their complete disregard of the opinions of the people who pay their wages!
I hope this fabulous event was only the first of many.
