The Blackburn chapter of Aglow is celebrating its 21st birthday with music, songs and worship.
The international and interdenominational Christian group of women will be welcoming the Mayor and Mayoress of Blackburn with Darwen, Coun Tony Humphrys, and his wife Jackie.
Christine Hunt, a member of Aglow, said: "There will be personal testimony which is one of the ways we can learn about the Christian faith and how it can reshape your life and give someone hope and purpose."
The evening is fully booked. New members, however, are invited to attend the monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of every month at the Fernhurst Hotel, in Bolton Road, Blackburn, at 7.30pm. For more information, contact the president of Blackburn Aglow Kathleen Barlow on 01254 201983.
