HELMSHORE Textile Museum bosses drew the crowds for a world record bid on Saturday.
The museum was one of several sites taking part in a world record bid to have the largest number of people drawing at the same time.
Participants gathered at the museum at noon and drew for just one minute. Now they face an anxious wait to see if their attempt has been successful. The decision will be made by officials from the Guinness Book of Records who will scrutinise the records for the event.
The attempt was part of a wider Campaign for Drawing to promote drawing amongst children and adults.
