CHILDREN and families who use a Bury disability resource centre got a monster surprise in the form of 7ft Sulley.
The furry character, together with sidekick Mikey from the hit film Monsters Inc, was donated to the Re:d centre in Morley Street.
The premises offer support, advice and information to families, particularly of children with disabilities, in Bury.
It is also the base for the Hurdles group , a family support group for children with special needs.
The fun monster had been used by the Asda store in Spring Street, Bury, as part of a promotion for the film.
Linda Seymour, the supermarket's events co- ordinator, explained: "We had been asked if we could find the monster a good home where children could enjoy it, and the Re:d centre fitted the bill."
