THREE young actors staved off an attack of Cold Feet to appear in the popular ITV1 show which stars Robert Bathurst and James Nesbitt.
Sixteen-year-old Stonyhurst College theatre studies pupils Anthony Wilson, Rachel Betts and Sam Martin were invited to be extras in an auction scene in the penultimate episode of the series.
Teacher Johanna Egar, head of theatre studies at the school in Hurst Green, was given a small non-speaking part.
The group were joined on set at Manchester's Midland Crowne Plaza Hotel by admissions and marketing manager Jonathan Hewat.
The cast of the hit show gave the pupils a warm and friendly welcome as they celebrated their triumph as the Most Popular Comedy Programme, which was presented at the National Television Awards at The Royal Albert Hall last week.
Johanna said: "It was a tremendous opportunity to experience the process of filming first hand.
"All the cast and crew were most accommodating and we would like to thank Robert Bathurst for inviting us as his guests for the day."
