AN AWARD-winning East Lancashire pub is currently looking for a new manager after the previous occupants were promoted to a brand new £1 million pub.
Neil and Amy Murphy left The Ram Inn, in Cliviger, last Monday to go to The Honeybee, in Wilmslow, Manchester.
The Ram is now in the capable hands of its assistant manager Andy Devalley who has been at the pub for four years.
He said that nothing has changed and the pub will continue to offer the same award-winning food that has seen it win the Vintage Inn's Mystery Diner competition for the last three years.
Andy, 27, said: "We'll all miss Neil and Amy, but things go on.
"I've been here for four years, three of which as assistant manager, so I know the ropes. "All I can say to our customers is that when the new manager is appointed we will continue serving the same quality of food and service that our customers have come to expect."
