PARENTS are being asked to donate their baby goods for a nearly-new sale in aid of a childbirth charity.
The East Lancashire branch of the National Childbirth Trust is holding the sale on Saturday, November 2, from 2 to 3.30pm at the Accrington Road Community Centre, Blackburn.
Organisers are looking for quality baby and children's clothes, cots, buggies, toys, books, games and maternity wear.
The National Childbirth Trust is a registered charity concerned with pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood.
Its Blackburn branch provides a range of services for local parents and promotes the principle of "informed choice" for women and their partners.
The trust's nearly-new sales are held regularly in Clitheroe and all items are checked for quality and fitness for use.
Traders can also take part in the Blackburn event and are asked to donate 30 per cent of their takings to the trust.
