A MAN thrown out of a Blackburn town centre club kicked out at a car.
Blackburn magistrates heard that Meredith Angus Hughes then challenged the male driver, whose girlfriend was in the car, and four door supervisors from the club to a fight before he was arrested by police officers who witnessed the incident.
The court was told that the offence was committed just two days after Hughes had been put on probation for police assault and being in breach of the town centre drinking regulations.
Hughes, 29, of Hope Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and damaging the car belonging to Andrew Walker. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £300 compensation.
